Returns and Exchanges

We hope you enjoy Rocking your new RockFit merch but if your not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply email us at our returns address shop@Rockfit.org.uk and we’ll hopefully provide a resolution for you ASAP.

Cancellations, returns and refunds policy

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

What can I exchange/return?

You may exchange/return any item(s) that are:

  • Unused and still in new condition

  • Any item that was damaged/faulty upon receipt.

Clothing must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and in original condition.

Exchanges/returns must be received back to us within 28 days after the date we originally dispatched your item(s).

How Do I Return An Item? What is the Returns Process?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to help

1. E-mail us at shop@rockfit.org.uk with a description of the problem (along with images if applicable)

2. Let us know if you’d like a replacement/refund/a different size.

3. Send item back to us (recorded delivery) Simply mail the item(s) in their original condition with the sales receipt, to the returns address printed on the bottom of the sales receipt. 

If you do not have your sales receipt, please email us directly.

We are not responsible for any lost packages/delays by the courier so please keep a copy of your proof of postage/tracking number.

4.Once the item is returned in its original condition we will either issue a refund (or if it doesn’t meet the return/exchange criteria above then we will return the item to you)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit for any item that does not meet the above requirements or is returned to us in an unsellable condition. These items will be returned to you and you will not be eligible for a refund. Our return’s team’s decision is final.

5.We will process all refunds back onto the card originally used for payment. We cannot process any other direct repayments, such as to another card or bank account. Only goods purchased from the Rockfit online store can be returned to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, (and it meets the return conditions stated above) you will get email confirmation of your refund being processed.

We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned product. The time the credit takes to reach you is dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
